The Concours d'Elegance at Copshaholm is one of the best annual events in South Bend and our real estate agents are pleased to see its return on Saturday, July 13. Classic car lovers from Indiana and beyond will cruise over to the John D. Oliver House to enjoy an afternoon gazing at stunning vehicles. This event is touted as one of the premier celebrations for automotive design and styling in the state. Though this is only the second year that the Copshaholm will host this event, the Concours d'Elegance is not new to Sound Bend.
Concours d'Elegance's first event took place in 2005. From then until 2017, it was known as the Lake Bluff Concours d'Elegance. Taking place at Lake Bluff Park in downtown, the show featured dozens of automobiles and plenty of family activities. Unfortunately, Lake Bluff Park stopped hosting the event after its 13th year, leaving its future uncertain.
Thankfully, the Studebaker National Museum was interested in hosting their own Concours d'Elegance event. Partnering with their neighbor, The History Museum, the first Concours d'Elegance at Copshaholm took place in 2018. We're so excited that the Studebaker National Museum and The History Museum have agreed to host this event once again during 2019!

One thing our real estate agents love to do—when not showing off beautiful Saint Joseph cottages, homes, and condominiums to prospective buyers—is fish. They recommend these seven great fishing charters out of the Riviera of the Midwest. Bring a Michigan fishing license, the right attire, and a zest for fishing. Leave the rest to the capable captains!

Our real estate agents are proud to live in a region with such a rich variety of outdoor attractions. Michigan's Harbor Country is a destination for everything from fishing and boating to hiking and birdwatching—and now it's time for cyclists to enjoy their time in the spotlight.
May is National Bike Month, and we can't think of a better place to enjoy it than Harbor Country. If you're in the area checking out Union Pier homes for sale, you might consider taking time out of your busy schedule to explore our area's beautiful bike paths and trails!
Ever since it was first established in 1956, National Bike Month has given cyclists from coast to coast an extra reason to celebrate the sport they love so much. National Bike Month is sponsored by the League of American Bicyclists, and in addition to throwing a spotlight on bicycle enthusiasts, it offers a great opportunity for newcomers to join their ranks and give it a try.

There aren't too many major championship golf courses where the general public can get a tee time on any given day, but Harbor Shores is special. Covering a spectacular variety of beautiful terrain, the Harbor Shores Golf Course will thrill and challenge golfers of all skill levels. As far as our real estate agents are concerned, there's no better place to play a round of golf in the Benton Harbor area.
Harbor Shores Golf Course was designed by 18-time major champion Jack Nicklaus, who attended the club's grand opening in 2010 alongside pros Johnny Miller, Arnold Palmer, and Tom Watson. If you've never seen Nicklaus' near-miraculous 102-foot putt on the 10th hole at Harbor Shores, check it out.

If you're in the area looking at Saint Joseph homes for sale this spring, you'll definitely want to take a break to enjoy the annual Blossom Festival. This week-long event, which has been happening since the early 1900s, was created to celebrate Southern Michigan's thriving agriculture industry.
With a wide variety of family-friendly events ranging from pageants and fashion shows to parades and a 5k run, there's truly something for everyone! Check out this guide so you don't miss a thing.
